Sophia Seymour is a British filmmaker and National Film and Television School alumna, based in between London and Naples for over fifteen years.

Between writing and directing her own work she has developed a decade of experience producing across documentary, editorial, fashion, commercials, and brand content, she has developed a particular expertise in southern Italy, building deep roots in the local industry and landscape that inform everything she makes.

After beginning his career in Berlin and London, Charles relocated to Rome, where he works in the production department for major production companies on international and Italian projects. Beyond this, he focuses on producing independent short films that promote new directors and contemporary stories rooted in Italy and the Mediterranean.

  • We are a trio of bilingual filmmakers, split between Italy and the UK. Friends and close collaborators since meeting at university studying Italian over ten years ago, we have followed each other into cinema ever since, forging our own paths through narrative, documentary, and experimental work, and building a shared wealth of experience across all areas of filmmaking.

  • At sibling films we can handle all your production needs, tailoring to each project and building a hand-picked team of the very best collaborators, from location scouts and costume and make-up artists to line producers, camera and lighting teams, first ADs and event coordinators from a network across Europe.

    We have the skeleton key to make it happen.

  • Film is a family affair for us, built on close relationships, shared history, and genuine care for the people we work with. We bring the kind of attention to detail that only comes from years of lived experience on both sides of the camera, handling the practical so you never have to worry about it, and staying creative where it counts.
